The 949 form was recently updated (in March 2009) by The Department of Immigration And Citizenship (DIAC). Submissions to Immigration SA after 5th June, 2009 will only be accepted with the updated Form 949 (Design date 03/09), as this form has additional information required for the assessment process.
Immigration SA also now require a copy of the spouse's passport in addition to the main applicant’s, where applicable for all business visa State sponsorship applications.
