South Australia. Make the move.

Business migration support services

The South Australian Government has a free Open Day service (meetings held every Tuesday for one-on-one appointments) to help SA State sponsored business migrants with questions relating to their sponsorship requirements during their time as a provisional visa holder and settlement into South Australia upon arrival.

Exploratory Visit Support (pre-application stage) is a free, once-only service designed to give potential business migrants the opportunity to discuss State sponsored Business Migration to South Australia in person.

*Please note: Immigration SA is not able to provide language services. Clients will need to communicate in English or come with someone who can interpret for them. Clients are encouraged to use a NAATI accredited interpreter, to ensure a correct and professional exchange of communication. If you require assistance please refer to:

Email:itc@saugov.sa.gov.au
Telephone: 8226 1990

Interpretive services will be at the client’s own cost. Immigration SA is not able to organise interpretive services on behalf of the client.

If you choose not to bring a qualified NAATI interpreter and Immigration SA is concerned about the quality of understanding on the part of the client or ourselves, we may limit the information given during the Open Day appointment.

Using a migration agent

When utilising the services of a migration agent, it is in your best interest to ensure that the agent is registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).

To check if your agent is registered, visit the MARA website.

Registered migration agents are bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct and generally charge for their services.

MARA investigates complaints against registered migration agents and may take disciplinary action against them.
